View Full Version : Physics-based Launcher/scripted object support

Basically, I want to be able to play this. http://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/2129/crossbows-and-catapults

It's a game that relies on miniature siege engines powered by rubber bands. I'd love to be able to play it in TTS.

This could be part of a larger scripted object support; allowing objects to do different things based on a scripting language like Lua. It'd allow us to actually construct things like launchers ourselves, as well as other objects like Sorry!'s popup dice roller.

That's a huge request. I'd rather they get the main frame of the game down first before they begin adding stuff like that.

That's fair. It's a fairly complicated (if arguably rewarding) addition that can definitely wait until rules support and such make it in.

I'd still like to see it, though.
