What game mode would you like to see in the game?

Hey guys, since we made our first stretch goal of "3 new game modes voted by the community", please post what games you'd like to see in the game.
When making your choice, please remember copyright and trademark rules as certain games (like Monopoly, Scrabble, etc) cannot be put into the game. So do your research before making your choice!

At the end of the Kickstarter, we'll choose the top games, create a poll ,and from there you'll choose the top 3 games that will be implemented into Tabletop Simulator.

As always, thanks so much for your support. You're awesome!

I just want the ability to change the size of custom game boards so the images that are loaded to them are larger.

What game mode would you like to see in the game?

    1) Mancala!! DEFINITELY Mancala!

I would definitely love to see as many board games as possible as well, like clue, monopoly, Yahtzee, Life, stuff like that!

Also, for the cards, perhaps making a second deck? texture? One with blue on the back instead of red?

I personally think Liar's Dice would make a great addition like stated earlier. This would also give the game a dice cup that could be incredibly useful for other games.

I don't think Liar's Dice is copyrighted either, but i'm not 100% on that.

Liar's Dice and Pachinko(because why the hell not, physics.).

Tried doing liar's dice earlier, by making a fort basically and having full zoom while playing, but it relies so much on player trust, and I'd rather have some official dice cups you could hide your dice in, maybe make dice in the boundary of the dice cup blank dice to other players, similar to how cards in hand work, or have it lift up only a bit when picking it up.

oh wow, liar's dice was suggested a lot before me, ah well, I do love it.

after viewing other posts, I've come to the conclusion I'd also like to see Mancala.

I would like to suggest something completely different.

Imagine Tabletop Simulator as an interface to play Geoguessr, where the map to place guesses is in the center as the table and you yourself are standing in the location that you are guessing, which surrounds you as the background.

It would also be nice to just have those real life backgrounds while playing normal board games, but the Geoguessr mode could be fun as well.

This sounds freaking amazing, multiplayer geoguessr anyone?

I would definetly go into 3d design just to have FFG "X-wing miniatures" in here.
No doubts it will be possible in the future, in fact there is a web page in wich their members have created a lot of "X-wing alliance" old sim 3d models, which could eventually be used as starting point... As for FFG, if you do not reproduce their card content, they do not have a problem allowing you to create your own digital game... Just like the module available in VASSAL.

When will we be possible for us to create our own 3d models?

Based in the release notes for 1.1, that is something that is being worked on right now.

    I'd like an Uno-esque game

I just want to point out that you can play an Uno clone with a standard deck. Spawn in a standard deck, and add in two Jokers. Then just copy that deck for a total of 108 cards, exactly the same number of cards as in an Uno deck. Jacks are skips, Queens are reversals, Kings are draw twos, Aces are wild, and Jokers are wild draw four. Bam, you have Uno.

Another variant that more closely matches the card composition of Uno has Jacks as skips, Queens as reversals, Kings as draw twos, black Aces as wildcards, and Red Aces as Wild Draw Four cards. Not exactly the same, but in striking distance.

Yeah, you could make do with a standard deck, but I'd kind of like to see a few solid color decks that you can choose the max number on the face. So, for say Uno, you'd have a max number of 10. If you wanted to play a Phase 10 or Skip Bo style game, you'd choose a max face number of 12. Additionally, some generic Wilds, Reverse, Skip, Draws, etc. Basically the building blocks for any of those style card games.

It would be cool if there was something of an official tarot deck with 78 cards. It has four suits in numbers 1 through 10, with a Jack, Knight, Queen, and King, and also has 22 additional cards (The Fool, Death, Etc.) It would allow for more flexibility in making up custom games.

I made an example of one here using images that exist in the public domain, so there's no fear of copyright problems.

I think it'd be need to get more tabletop games involved if you could arrange it with any of the companies. (Seperate from the DnD option) Like Castle Panic, Tsuro, Talisman or some of the others that can't be as easily modded since they require some custom models, shaped cards or shaped pieces/boards.

Given the built in physics engine that TTS has, the Rampage board game would be a hoot to emulate.

i would LOVE to see Blokus. Blokus is a great game and with all of the pieces you get, it can be fun with the free physics.

Dose anyone have CA$H 'N GUN$. I would love to see this game scanned and uploaded to nexus you would only have to add color cards to represent who you are pointing at. Would have to make all 8 colors (So people can choose their color) but only 6 people can play.

I'm hoping that this thread is still relevant.
    How about:

    • Four in a Row
      Mancala

    Neither of which are copyrighted/trademarked.

    Deeper Tutorial Mode

The existing tutorial is great, but it left me with questions. Since the community creation forum was taken down, it seems some good info was lost with the copyrighted things. A Deeper Tutorial mode, to me, would be

--> a game-board that had a .jpg of the dimensions on it
--> deck of cards with dimensions on it, both sides
--> clearly labeled files in the game folder for every customized item (Tutorial_card_front_face.jpg, Tutorial_Board.jpg)
Updated when new items can be customized

As well as every usable game mechanic open and showing some form of instruction. The Notepad, for example, open with a note on it. Something descriptive like: in Public mode it reads "Whatever example text" versus what it reads in Host mode. I can't even give a good example, since I personally don't know how to work all the widgets. But I want to. None of this involves copyright infringement, I just want to know how to use Tabletop Simulator. Some mouse hover tool tips would be nice, too. I had no idea what the icon in the lower right was for until I clicked it.

I like Tabletop Simulator so far, and it's a shame about the sticky copyright situation, but I hope for Berserk's continued success with this project.

A deeper tutorial would be nice, but with so many features in constant transit the most useful thing for players is just to check out the '?' menu and see all the keybindings. Thanks for the good suggestion, though! As the game nears completion this will surely be nice for new players.

Despite the fact that casinos will never be a loser, many people argue that its real to make money there if you play in an honest and reliable hall. To do that, you should study https://casinostop10.com/ gaming club ratings and take your time making a decision. Choose only the hall that meets all your needs, provides the opportunity to communicate with its managers and has a good reputation. That's why I do most things when I want to choose a casino for myself.

As for me, the above idea will be great when implemented as a mode. In this regard, games following the example of a casino are just fine. Personally, I would like to see something like pragmatic play slots online

Seems to me the OP is about Game Mode while a lot of posts are talking about Games (not Game Modes). A lot of the specific games mentioned are already available via Workshops from many different users (some better than others). Just my 2 cents.
