Thread: freezes on loading any table

Angry freezes on loading any table

    alright, let's try this again.

    Mac OSX 10.9.5

First launch option- When I join a table I see everything for a second or two, then the game stops responding and freezes, which I need to force quit after.

Second launch option, I join the table, I see everything for a second or two, then it goes into the menu and says "Connecting" then freezes and I need to force quit...

Can you help? I've had this issue for several weeks, right after I really started liking this game.

    Hi Nicoarn,

Not sure of the issue... How long does it freeze for? Have you left it for about 2-3 minutes? to see if it catches up with its self? If you're still having some problems just have a quick look over this guide http://steamcommunity.com/app/286160...5176721925234/

Also upload some logs so I can investigate it a bit better for you.

I hope the information above fixes your issue! ^_^

    Merry Christmas x
    Regards

    Hi

The logs are stored in the game folder, so you can open that up and upload them.

Sorry that I'm very horrible with computers whatsoever,
It simply says DLC, Modding, Steamappid.txt, which is just a 6 digit number, and the desktop icon for tabletop simulator
If you could tell me where I could find the logs, my tiny brain could probably find something
    Thanks,
    Nicoarn12

    No Worries Bud!

When you open steam. Right click on the game "Tabletop Simulator", Properties, and click "Set Launch Options" type in -log You can also type /log in game.

    To find your log file go to "G:\Steam Games\steamapps\common\Tabletop Simulator\Tabletop Simulator_Data" it's a text file called "output_log.txt"

P.S Your folder path may differ to my setup, but I'm sure you'll get a understanding of where it's located.

    Good luck

I did -log and /log yet my folder for Tabletop Simulator still has those four....
Um- I did get a textedit while using the game, which was empty.

You have to go one more folder in to there you see steamappid etc. Once you're in the Tabletop Simulator folder go Tabletop Simulator_Data

Let me know how that goes.

steamappid is not inside any of the folders
