**I felt the need to create a seperate thread for this.**

A bottle or a spinner for player selection.

A "spin" key would be needed for this though. I'm unsure which key would be best to use as S is taken.

An adjustable sand timer. (Amount of seconds changed through a text box next to where you spawn it in?)

The flip feature is useful for this. http://www.berserk-games.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif
There are multiple designs for this. You could also use a simple coloured plastic one with see-through plastic where the sand falls.

A way to control how high you'd like to raise an object. Maybe the scroll wheel could be used in conjunction with the R key?

This would be useful for Sandbox and Jenga-type games.
Right now it doesn't seem very practical that we're limited on how far up we can build, and why there's no precision placement of blocks up/down.

Different ways to roll dice.
A plastic cup to shake and roll dice out of.

An automatic dice roller. (Push to roll.)

The dice roller could be customisable and multiple dice inside one dice roller should be possible.
Both of these help to minimise bad dice rolls and keep the game fair.
Dices with numbers on them like the one above instead of dots would be a nice addition aswell.

Dice selection.
Instead of having so many different dices in the menu, why not just add a text box where you can enter how many sides you want your dice to have, what sort of number indentation you want the sides to have (dots, numbers), and what colour the dice should be.

Piece colour selection.
Rather than having ten of each item with different colours, why not add a colour chooser next to the item you'd like to spawn in? I say this rather than changeable after spawning so people can't mess up games by changing the colour of different pieces. A simple colour wheel and a RGB value chooser would do wonders though.

Geolocation backgrounds/custom backgrounds.
Both of these would be really fun to mess around with and add a whole new element to the game.

Light level adjuster to change light settings in your game. I think someone suggested auto-lighting, where it would calculate the vibrancy of the background used and change the light level accordingly. This could be enabled via a checkbox.

Music
Either some nice music could be developed for the game specificially, or player uploaded music could be added to the game to make the current game being played feel more in-depth. A volume slider in the options can be used for this of course, with the default being lower than the rest of the current in-game sounds.

Please leave feedback if you think any of my ideas can be added on to.

Thanks!

There are some good ideas here. I like the automatic dice roll popper. I'm not so much a fan of geological backgrounds, though. If you look down in Google Maps you see that the table would be resting on a giant disgusting blob.

I like the dice popper idea too, some people I know wanted some more automated features - this is a good way to add it without taking away from the experience.

Music is also in the works http://www.berserk-games.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif

I think the table would hide the 'giant disgusting blob', and it blends in with the road surface it's on so it's not really that obvious.
