Post Permission change - Allow host to stop contextual menu permission for specific items

Currently host can turn off "Contextual" permission in Permissions, but this makes it so that no player can use the "Draw" function. I want to stop playing from touching some specific items, like a clock in the middle of the table.

Currently Right-click -> Toggles has multiple permissions to choose between on the individual item, but not Contextual.

I'd see it going the other way around. Host would allow contextual menus to certain players. In the contextual menu of that object, there would be a permission button that would work like the multiple objects menu, but instead of number buttons, it would have player colors and you would highlight those you want to have access. It would work hand in hand with the permissions menu that would activate or deactivate that function.
